Delete account and data
Choose the scope you want to remove. These actions cover different systems.
Android data
In Teledisk Media clear the cache or disconnect Telegram. Android Settings → Apps → Teledisk Media → Storage → Clear data removes the local catalogue, settings and TDLib session. Uninstalling has the same local effect.
Telegram files
Open Saved Messages in Telegram and delete the messages/files. Teledisk cannot delete them after you disconnect the account.
Teledisk account
Sign in to the dashboard and use the account deletion command, or email privacy@teledisk.net from the registered address/identity. We will send the required identity confirmation and process the request normally within one month.
Open dashboardA restricted deletion register containing only the display name and deletion date may be kept for 12 months for abuse prevention and legal accountability, then erased. Public forum contributions may remain anonymised.
